Building
GRP has fast become the preferred method of manufacture of GRP Construction items (Dormers & Canopies etc). All products can be manufactured in either general purpose, class 3 rating or class 0 fire retardant of BS476. A variety of surface texture can be manufactured and an unlimited colour range available.

Moulds
We design, manufacture and install a wide variety of architectural mouldings for use in the construction industry and have worked alongside some of the top architects and construction companies to complete various contracts some of which are displayed here.

Dormers can be insulated with foam or encapsulated timber studding which enables the builder to self insulate and fix internal lining. Our dormers can easily be fixed to roof trusses prior to roof covering, a GRP self draining fixing gutter is incorporated.

Advantages
The Advantages of using GRP Dormers and Roof structures other than conventional building mathods is mainly time saved when installing the GRP units. This allows you to close off open roof spaces quickly, which is always an advantage in our wet climate. Considereable cost savings can be acheived when multiple units from the same tool are used.

GRP can also accurately simulate traditional materials reproducing the original look, feel and style and combines lightweight with its inherent strength to provide a durable weather resistent finish.
